In Stock Orders: As soon as we receive your order, it will be added to our weekly order queue to be hand packaged and sent out. This process typically takes 2-3 days.*
Pre-Orders: As soon as we receive your pre-order, it will be added to our pre-order queue, and the materials needed to construct your pair(s) will be added to our next small batch purchase order (that we place on a weekly basis). Once we receive the materials we need to make your pair(s), your order will be hand constructed, packaged, and sent out. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Packaging: When you receive your package you’ll see that your order has been shipped in a 100% curbside recyclable mailer or cardboard box, with your earrings protected in a reusable craft paper gift box.
Materials: Our designs are made of 100% non-toxic stainless steel - using 316 stainless steel for our ear wires (for increased corrosion resistance) and 304 stainless steel for our charms and jump rings.
Care: Our earrings are sweat+waterproof, and tarnish-proof, but like all materials at times can need a little care. To maintain your earrings, rub a few drops of oil (avocado, olive, etc.) onto a cloth and buff.

Return Policy: To discourage a culture of disposability / encourage a culture of investment, we do not accept returns due to change of mind (with the only exception being if your order was damaged in transit - please see the section below). So please make your purchase with intention and care. We think you’ll be thrilled to discover you love your pairs even more, knowing that they’re truly yours.
Shipping Damage: If your earrings were damaged in transit, kindly send us photos of the damage, along with your name and order number (hello@theeternalbeginner.com) and we will file a claim on your behalf with your order’s mail carrier. Once we get your claim in order, we’ll send you a return label so you can send them back to us to be repaired (nothing goes to waste here) or replaced (if they can’t be repaired), and sent back to you. Please note, that all claims must be filed within 30 days of receiving your package.
Free Repairs: If you accidentally damaged your earrings due to unintentional wear and tear within the first year, we’d be happy to take a look to see if we can fix them. Kindly send us photos of the damage, replying to your original order email OR attaching your name and order number (hello@theeternalbeginner.com), and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can repair (shipping fees not included).
