Our Together We Rise Guidelines

— aka the terms and conditions we’ll share in partnership together —

Responsibilities

1 week after receiving your pairs: take a few selfies and send them to me…

  • Taking and sending me a 1-2 photos of you wearing each of your pairs to be featured on our website and/or social media, introducing you and your work!

  • Introducing your audience to Eclectica on social media directing your community to check out your link and 10% off code for the very first time.

  • Placing your custom link and code in your bio link menu / linktree, along w/ a CTA sharing 1) our sustainability 2) our ethics or 3) our 50/50 profit sharing.

2 weeks after receiving your pairs (youtubers only): start video production…

  • Featuring our designs (ie: wearing one or more pairs in your videos and/or cutting away to b-roll of you and/or others wearing them during ad breaks) in your work, introducing Eclectica’s designs visually to your audience.

  • Announcing our partnership briefly (ie: “this video has been made in partnership with Ecletica” or sharing any of the optional graphics shared at the bottom of this page) within the first minute to share when the retention rates are highest.

  • Sharing our brand values (sustainable practices, non-toxic materials, beyond fair labor, profit-sharing, woman-owned, small business, etc.) w/ your community in your own words, in your 1) video, 2) description, and 3) pinned comment.

  • Calling your audience to action by sharing something like, “when you place your order through my link Eclectica shares 50% of it’s net profits with this channel,” in your own words, directing them to your link and 10% off discount code.

3 weeks after receiving your pairs: start posting your partnered content…

  • Posting content made in partnership with us that fits into 1 of our 9 creator categories, contributes to the creation of a greater culture of loving kindness in the world, and abstains from the promotion of anything that harms others*

*ie: dehumanization, cancel culture, fast fashion/overconsumption, mlms/scams, cults, dis/misinformation, etc.

  • Converting ideally 1-4 out of every 10k of your monthly viewers* into buyers, generating roughly 1k clicks that turn into at least 8 monthly sales to stay a partner. With these guidelines, feel free to post as much as you feel good with!

*earning estimates are calculated from industry standard conversation rates and thus can’t be guaranteed

Rewards

After the sale, here’s how things will work…

  • For in stock orders, I’ll hand package and ship out each pair as they come in. For pre-orders, I’ll add the supplies needed to create each added pair to our purchase order queue, order materials/supplies twice per month, then fulfill orders on a rolling basis.

  • After each customer’s order is delivered they will have 30 days to request a refund if any damage incurred during shipping (not due to purely change of mind to combat a culture of disposability and to promote a culture of investment and thus longevity).

  • Once that window has closed each month, Peach (the affiliate software we’ll be using to track purchases and payouts) will tally up your monthly commissions which equates to 50% of net profits split between us, w/ each of us taking home 25% of each sale.

  • At that point I’ll review your Peach account, your last period of content to make sure each video falls under one of our content categories and upholds our “promote no harm” guidelines, and then I’ll initiate your payout via PayPal, Stripe, or Venmo.
